Not sure how you guys are arguing this. Take your biased opinions out of the argument because you're so desperate for football to continue and it's a no brainer.

Those student athletes are at a much greater risk sitting in class next to random ass John, James and Bob who were just at the frat party with 150+ random ass people the night before, over playing besides their fellow athletes that are constantly being tested.
If they want to protect people of at-risk populations, that's great, but they can't use the argument that sports puts them at a higher risk than opening up campus's to thousands and thousands of all kinds of people would, all over the Country. That's completely ass backwards and wrong. But then again, that's why this Country is still in such bad shape regarding this virus. We've been trying to play these ass backwards, half ass games for months and we see where it's got us.
Oh for sure, because student athletes aren't involved in drinking/partying/fucking at all during the season. Yeah, for sure bro. All it takes is one douchebag on the team who went out the night before who somehow slips through testing and then is able to infect a lot of people from one game. The pros is so much different compared to college football and college football should not be allowed.
Equating people furthering their lives and getting an education to dudes playing a game is laughable.
It sucks for these guys that want to play their senior or junior years but that's the way life is nowadays.
