Lookin’ good now. Aside from bench press, squat rack, and dumbbells I just got this bad boi in today.

Solid man. I don't know what it's like where you're at, but my garage gym has been a life saver during lockdown. Looking to keep upgrading it with time as well.

yeah same here man. I don't think I would rejoin a gym post COVID-19. I will miss the community aspect of a gym, but this is way more convenient.

hey how you liking that? ive been looking to get two of those and mount them across the room so i can do cable cross overs.

have you mounted it to the wall yet? if so? how sturdy is it, and did you have to use a stud finder?

i came across a stand-alone seat with padded leg covers so you can do lat pulldowns on a machine like that, if i find it again, ill send a link your way if you are interested

Hey man. I’m fucking loving this machine! I mounted it to the wall but it’s in my garage so it’s mounted into cinderblock. It’s pretty study. I’d recommend building some type of box for the bottom to raise it a little but other than that it’s a 9/10 machine.

Def interested in that padded leg if you got the link. I’ve been sitting on the floor trying not to yank myself up xD

/e they have a cross over version which I’d recommend if you want to do that. It’s about $100 more than this guy above. Only reason why I didn’t buy it was because it didn’t fit my garage unfortunately. Needed something where I can park the car still xD

couldnt find the stand alone but if u are serious about a squat cage, i found one that comes with said padded leg covers

Ahh thanks. Unfortunately nothing bigger than 25 width will fit for me so I just bought a couple of stands for mobility and space saving. Kind of sucked figuring out how I need to position it in order to be safe and def can’t slam the weights back on it when benching or it’ll tip over and probably kill me lol. Took a little getting used to xD

edit: i would also recommend this bench because the way it adjusts, mine is a pin and as my bench has gotten older, it takes ALOT of effort to get the damn pin out and i can see it being permanently stuck here very soon

seems like it would do the trick, as well

edit: would probably go with this one as it gives a picture at a angle where u can clearly see there would be room to put your legs underneath the pads and also doesnt use pins to adjust
