So basically computer randomly restarted couple of times in a week and now it’s stuck in a boot loop.

I see the bios screen then goes black and restarts. Sometimes I get blue windows screen with inaccessible boot device message and restarts again.

I’ve tried another hard drive- no joy. I made a bootable windows installer and when I boot from it I see the windows sign on black screen and it restarts every tome. What could it be ?

Just reformat the drive after backing up data via a Linux live disk.

reset bios to defaults, unplug and replug and or change sata cables.
if nothing it may be borked.

I guess there s small chance its also the ram, can try with one stick at a time

I had the same issue and it was fucking with me hard. I ended up disassembling the entire computer and rebuilding it making sure every single connection was good before and after cable management. The only thing I replaced was my power supply but I think I did that as a shot in the dark more than a solution. The other one was probably fine but whatever.
