New to the game, willing to buy some in-game gold with FG.

The account is new - my friends told me if you are new to the game, you can't trade much gold.

I'm willing to spend around 2k FG which is approx 900-1000 in-game gold I assume, would the seller be able to send me the full amount, if not - how do we proceed with the trade? What are my options?

Weekly gold limit player can receive via email is 500g and it doesn't matter new acc or a veteran player.

Also large worth trades can be done by sending appropriate value items, but you get 5% tax of the set price when put anything onto trading post and further 10% tax of value once item gets sold.
