you can trade also expansion item (lvl 70) but there are some limitations

Level 10 posted screenshot has been upped to 200Fg. Hover over a rare found trophy and ill up it to 300Fg (Character tab open).

No you cant trade those items that droped after expansion trading changes.

Yep its called D3 Reflection. Im part of the discord group but just like the D2 version of D2GA (I think) all the items are non existent and it does not mimic the current patch updates.
