I tried out the regular Embody and I really thought about buying it, but you can't adjust the shape of the lumbar support which sucks when you lean back and you find out the lumbar support doesn't quite fit you. I went with a chair that had that adjustment, but otherwise it's an awesome chair. It's less finicky than the Aeron so it's not a very risky blind buy, specially if you aren't a baby about wanting a perfect fit like me lol

and of course it destroys any popular gaming chair, those things are usually built cheap, usually aren't ergonomic even when comfortable, and they won't last you long. it's worth the investment to buy a high quality chair that will last you a long time and will save your back

Its all marketing. Don't waste your hard earned money on things like that. Herman miller are the rolls royce of chairs but there are lots of cheaper options with (almost) same build quality.

That applies to gaming chairs, not chairs that's been around for awhile, in most corporate offices, small businesses, and even consumers. They didn't need to market to branch out, they were the ones innovating with chairs like Aeron and other Rands copy them chairs. You're the fool telling people it's all marketing lol, how do they market differently than others that they sell 1k+ chairs np? While others are struggling to sell 100-300 dollar chairs?
