All i said was based off how happy u seemed to be that Verdugo was your prize for getting rid of Betts. I would be furious if my team couldn't keep him, and in general how they dealt with the whole situation

But I am not one of those in favor of paying a player 10-12 years....

I'm sure many Red Sox fans are pissed but Verdugo is looking like a solid replacement for years to come....I never said the guy is a superstar or anything.
He can hit lefties just as good as righties and is a + defender.

However, the initial package with Gratarol I did not like....Verdugo had already proven he was an MLB player on the Dodgers.
