How to build a barb in Classic? I mostly want to support a classic sorc with bo, but I'd like this barb to be self-sufficient too. Any good build?

Get a high dmg martel or snap, Sigon gloves & Helmet for ar&leech. Rest of the items are rares with ML/LL/AR/Stats/def/Resists and frw boots.

Max WW, Mastery, Bo, 1 nat res, 1battle command, 1 berserk, 1 faster run/walk, rest into shout.

Skills in order of maxing:
20 bo
20 ww
20 mastery
5 nat resist
20 shout

save points till lvl 24 for bo and at lvl 30+ you should be putting 1 point in ww & bo per level till max bo.

Depends on which weap you wanna use later (2h)
Id go for mace mastery. For pvm go with 200+ str

But as long as your barb is only bo support, dont put any points into mastery - wait for lance, exe, axe or mart

What about stats? How much into Strength and Vita? Should I put anything into Dex and Mana or nothing at all?

If you plan to use Martel/ Ornate then at least 170 str total
I go for a bit more, around 200-220 total

Rest Vita.
No Energy
Only dex if you need it for weapon

Mastery max depending on the weapon class you go for
Shout increases the def of your whole party to help then live longer
