Yo yo, I game on a 2018 Lenovo Thinkpad and it works great aside from one issue that I had on my previous thinkpad as well. I had a buddy who fixed it on my old comp, but I'm having trouble setting up a time for him to look into it again.

When I pk on my thinkpad I have about 1 1/2 inches on each side of black sideburns that reduces the size of the screen and it makes it a bit harder to chain correctly on druid / barb.

Any advice on what settings to change in order to fix this issue? Thanks!

your screens native resolution is larger then the default game size.
You can not fix this, you can however stretch the image though this isn't exactly a fix as it stretches the image.
