First, best solution is just to get a DVI-D to DVI-D cable. Double check to see whether you need DVI-D (dual link) or not. DVI-D (dual link) has 6 extra pins for higher resolutions.
so i can't get my hands on dvi-d to dvi-d but i've tried my brothers monitor but it no work.
both RX 570 and RX 580 shows no signal when pc turns on, fans all working and led lights on mouse and keyboard.
Update: I've tried with a different monitor and it no signal so its more like a bios problem.
