Abyssal Dagger will do you fine unless you'd rather spend 90+ mil over ~7-8 m

Since this is the 20th blue dragon thread I think it’s safe to assume you really wanna farm those dragons. Get a dragon hunter lance when you get the extra 20 mil. It will be worth it over an Abby dagger or whip imo. It’s very useful at end game content and literally and dragon drake wyrm wyvern etc.
