Over 400 elephants found dead in Botswana and no one knows why. This is old news but there are still no significant updates on this incident and whats causing the death of all these elephants. What's even more concerning is that the unknown agent is elephant specific so the most reasonable speculation is a pathogen exclusive to elephants which could be disastrous considering the ecological significance of elephants. Feels ominous lol
