so you boil it to fully cook it then use oven to glaze?

or just partially cook?

Its fully cooked from the water yes.

Room temp water/ bring to boil/ turn down and simmer around 4o minutes

The glaze was honey, mustard, orange juice, garlic, brown sugar, Worcester sauce
