if you had to pick one
option to be healthier which?

1) 2 beers before sleep at
decent hour of night, ex:10:30ish

2) OR video games until 2 a.m
(or to complete exaustion) but no beer

If you want a serious answer:

While training hard, adequate sleep (7-9 hours) is needed. If you’re waking up at the same time in both proposed scenarios, the 2 beers will be the lesser evil.

If you’re sleeping enough in both scenarios, the beers are not going to do anything; negligible amount of alcohol but added calories and carbs.

Stupid question honestly.
