20 to blessed aim
20 to vigor

1 to smite
1 to holy shield
1 to fantazism
1 to salvation

20 extra skill points ?

Lots of good advice on here but one thing I thinks missing for your build in particular

High lords > maras

IMO

It depends

If you zeal the DS will help
and if you have 1 ias source like a 15ias jwl the ias in High Lord will help reach 6frame smite without fanat

otherwise Mara will give more beneficial stats

Use Conv when fighting Meph.
