I thought it was a dark anime series but man, I was wrong.

they really hit us fast with a hell of a world changing twist.
that was like shit you would see at a mid season climax. lol

looking like some kind of weird alien playing humans like a game plot maybe?
or maybe just some weird overlapping virtual world created to live in after humanity was pushed to extinction while using the concept of a video game for people to play to protect Deca Dence which is the last stronghold? (like some kind of Enders Game type of plot)
since it's clear the humans are real since they can die, but then you got this weird avatar world were these characters get ranked and earn that Oxyone liquid stuff that seems to prolong their lives for them but don't die themselves if the human body does (unless they release that limiter thing, run out of Oxyone, or get erased by the boss guy)

was a whole lot of info to take in so quickly, hard to make out without more info.
definitely an interesting flip to the plot though.

Yeah, it looks like it swap back and forth each episode.
Would of been better for it to hint it to us, but not noticeable until it was reveled later on.
Feel it would of been more interesting that way.

They hooked me with ep1, and managed to hook me off with ep2

Dunno, this anime is prob my fav non-continuing one of the season. Interested to see where its going.
