Staxxie will be getting me 75 - 91 Thieving.

Payment has been discussed via PM, half will be payed upfront and has been left in the inventory.

He will train via blackjacking.

He will not bot
He will follow all JSP / Jagex rules
He doesn't have access to the bank
Timeframe - 11 days
