This seems reasonable to me at the current juncture in ladder

I did a bit of reading, and you only need to hit 65% ias for 6 frames on smiter (and it's pretty much impossible to get to 5 frames) and less for 10 frames on frenzy barb; so even with the worst grief (30ias), Highlords, and a 15ias jewel in ur helm then you're at breakpoint. There is absolutely no reason to "need" 40ias on grief - in fact 30 - 40 makes no difference! (I was surprised by this) HOWEVER the +dmg makes a HUGE difference, so imho this +394 grief is definitely worth more than a 40ias 375 or even a 40ias 385.
