They run on same engine.
I'm thinking about going to Vivaldi myself though, son moved over and it seems to be more like older opera which was better.

From my experience, Chrome can be very resource intensive, so that may be the issue - especially if you have a lot of browser windows open.

I personally prefer FireFox (and I believe FireFox is also a browser compatible with d2jsp Push Notifications). I've used Opera and Vivaldi too - definitely good substitutes as well. Microsoft has also come a long way with the Edge browser too.

Overall though, especially if d2jsp Push Notifications mean a lot to you, I'd go with FireFox. It's a very solid all-around browser.

Good luck! :)

Do you have an extensive amount of extensions enabled ?

Maybe something got added you did not notice?

Chrome works great for me ive had like 40 pages easily open

Maybe try running a program like ccleaner ?

Chrome chunks on memory so if you run low ram on pc it can be a culprit. firefox generally runs much better.

if it's a recent thing, try clearing cached images cause that can also cause slow down. Since it's with media I'm thinking it might just be a cache clear issue.
