More specific use (what games, what programs): I wanna run dolphin while streaming / recording smoothly. Would like to try out some newer games too eventually.

ok, and I'm telling you to get more money.
So save up and post on your next multi or maybe someone else will assemble some trash and say its good, I will not.

i mean the system requirements for running dolphin are not exactly top end, i thought my budget would be fine for that.
