i personally found HIIT to be beneficial- i.e. sprints, basketball pickups, tennis
also would try leg-based exercises to "tone" that area too- running, biking, leg workouts too
i been trying to stay away from the running, biking, let workouts bc i dont wanna gain any more muscle/mass on them lol; idk about HIIT heard that also brings more gainz
