Aware cant spot reduce, however which cardio yall recommend for best outcome paired with diet in targeting thunder thigh tree trunks

i personally found HIIT to be beneficial- i.e. sprints, basketball pickups, tennis
also would try leg-based exercises to "tone" that area too- running, biking, leg workouts too

i been trying to stay away from the running, biking, let workouts bc i dont wanna gain any more muscle/mass on them lol; idk about HIIT heard that also brings more gainz

caloric deficit (with more cardio, less calories) = slim chance of putting on real muscle as you are in a caloric deficit and generally catabolic. you will "tone" as they say. i have read HIIT has a decent muscle sparing effect and yes probably likely some muscle gain but honestly probably negligible as you are probably not a bodybuilder nor a physique competitor
honestly dude just eat right, exercise, sleep well and dont stress to hard in med school especially with match approaching if you are still ms2

true but i plan on competing next year since MS2 and MS3 is more chill and STEP 1 isnt scored anymore lol just need to pass

If you plan on competing and are looking to SHRINK your legs.. just lol.

Get to a low enough BF % and see where you’re at. I highly doubt your legs dwarf the rest of your body, and if they do (lol they don’t, there is no such thing as too big of legs) then train your back more.

its just for aesthetics rn lol i look unproportional af in pants and scrubs, just wanted to see how it would look if i toned them down/atrophy
