well i guess the -50% def or wtf it is is decent, and the 33% ds, but the dmg is so low. 209% or so and can never compare with the hit chance of a fool's... that ammount of ow is overkill unless ur rabies dudu to tap them down faster.

if on custom realm he could use something like this this if walkbearsin:
Guilaume (cham or smt) (40/15)
hl or hl 08
bug belt
20ias/10cb/adds gloves
stormshield (40/15) (shael)
stat ring
raven / wisp / dwarf
gores upped
eni or duress or forti
300ed/40ias/fool's/5ctc amp/20min/BerBer or BerLo or LoLo

or a trap + tele version

there should be many ways to build it, maby tele version with goal of stucking people in mb/trap then move in.

No, just 40 ias on weapon and 20 ias from highlords will get you 4fpa. Look at the calculator.
