now I got a temp ban not sure how long, I read it's between 24h up to 72h or could go up to a week if I try logging in too often

so my question is: Can connect directly to my modem and do ipconfig /release =/= ipconfig /renew; to bypass the temp ban and I'd be able to play on my account or should I wait the time?

As far as I know u have to wait about a week or so without attempting to reconnect before the time is up.

lol right before you asnwered, I did connect my ethernet cable in the modem and did /release /renew

it now skips the checking version.. so I guess we gucci ty tho

2 weeks. I had the same ban with vpn.

one time i ve also tried to connect to bnet with a VPN on (because i was doing something else with it and forgot to turn it off again).
i haven t touched diablo for a full day and it has worked (24 hours later). people say that this restriction timer varies, but maybe
try not touching diablo like me for a full day and you might get it working faster. kinda unlikely that this will help but worth a shot i guess. :)

According to blizzard the standart is 2 weeks ban when you login with VPN.
