My question is: ¿Is the char/acc banned? ¿or is my cd key/ip banned and i can play from other site? :huh:

20 day ban. Just come back in 20 days. Trying to get around it will just cause more trouble.

Other option is to get new CD keys, start a new account, get a new IP, etc..., but don't touch anything from your old account/keys.
