i made a new character, tried making a game and was in que
then i see a server down message, and i go to my toon selection and there are only 8 and my others arent there
and the option of me creating a new character isn't highlighted

Im seeing this too. I really hope blizzard didnt oppsie on this.

Blizz is doing some server maintenance. It'll be up soon. Try not to attempt to log in for a little bit.

I do hav 4 accnts but no more than 4 chars max per account. They have to be on different accounts so I can freely mule between chars without being kicked for having 2 chars from the same account logged at once

You only get kicked if they are in the same lobby together.
