Can people please stop suggesting last wish?

Last Wish looks like a lot of potential but the fact that it has no ias on it and the only viable base to compensate for the lack of ias has the lowest base damage of all possible bases for it, ruins any practical use for it.

The lowest grief roll does almost 2.5 times more weapon damage than the best lw roll. No runeword bonuses in the world can compensate for that.

LW wouldn't even be viable if it would require 6x El runes instead of 5x Highrunes.

LW on an uber smiter is even more laughable than on pvm zealots or frenzy babas. The amount of cb you get from goblin and gulimans is more than enough and other than cb lw contributes nothing (which cannot be gotten by other sources) to UT whereas with grief you will get a flat damage boost of 340+ which will be multiplied by all global +%ed sources.
