We had some power outages due to a storm over the past couple of days, and my power supply is all fucked up now. Oh well, I was looking to replace my PC anyway because it was so outdated.

I’m lookin to see what you guys would build / buy with a $800-$1200 budget. The only thing I’m keeping from my old PC is my SSD (well, and my peripherals)

What would you build within that budget? Also open to buying prebuilt. Tipping 50fg to my favorite response

What you buy is determined by what you will use your computer... for. What games/programs do you want to run?

I play WoW, Valorant, and D2 mainly. I do some sound processing / engineering on the computer as well. I will be running 2 monitors on the new rig

More specific use (what games, what programs): WoW, Valorant, PoE, FL Studio. Would be cool if I could play cyberpunk when it comes out.

whatcha mean? stuff is goin on sale in a few days?

prices change drastically in the course of a few days,
2 weeks is too long of a wait to be efficient with your money.

main one is 144hz 1080p other is 60hz 1080p. so you’re saying to wait until i’m 3 days away from buying before lookin? or am i confusing myself lol
