In the ML debate on transmuting, do overspawns drop when no ML is equipped?
I was muting on my climber and happen to have some ML, got this overspawn and just wondering if that is because I have ML gear on or if overspawn is normal in transmuting?

I've only had two overspawn mutes since the update. They were lvl 40+ items and I used magic luck both times. I think I'd have alot more luck testing this at lower levels
