The matter isn't about who is right or wrong. You attacked multiple people for helping another user because the help differed from your own.
The correct steps in a resolution are as follows.
1) Contact the seller (In this case, it's UE) and try to work it out.
2) If that fails, Contact PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-report-unauthorized-paypal-account-activity-faq1988
3) I'm assuming both options failed so he asked for help on here. The issue is COVID-19 has caused many to refuse to do their jobs correctly or at all. (That means multiple attempts may be required.)
4) The OP asked for PayPals number since he could not find it on PayPal's website. I simply provided him with that number.
