anyone have any experience in the past regarding fraud on their paypal?
i have a charge with uber eats that somehow got authorized (uber eats was made an automatic payment company as well). when i disputed it through paypal i reiceved this:

im going through uber eats as well, hopefully they can help me out a little more than this. i cant find anything else to follow up through paypal aside from an online chat which they have no one online...no idea how else to contact paypal to try and get a refund for this
ive changed all my account info through paypal so nothing else should happen, but damn this sucks.
