add in some rgb fans and you set.

windows 10 can be downloaded free from Micro$hit and get a key from ebay for 3$.
You don't need a dvd drive these days unless your actually going to burn stuff.

Fans are fans, if you want something to last forever get these...

The ones above have magnetic fan blades so you can simply pull the fan blades off for cleaning the rad.

You want 2 sets of 3, regardless of what you decide on.

Front: 2 x 120mm/140mm fan
Top: 2 x 120/140mm fan
Rear: 1 x 120mm fan
Bottom: 1 x 120mm fan

ok sounds good, so i can fit all 3 fans all at once?
so 2 sets of 3 fans, so purchase the same two of them

their's some notes on the bottom not sure if it's anything important

Yes it can house all 6 fans at once, and you'll have a few spares since the case and cooler both ship with some.

This can be disregard you won't be doing a high end oc
Note:The Gigabyte Z490M GAMING X Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard has an additional 4-pin ATX power connector but the Cooler Master MWE Gold 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply does not. This connector is used to supply additional 12V current to the motherboard. While the system will likely still run without it, higher current demands such as extreme overclocking or large video card current draws may require it.
This indicates that when using the m.2 slot "SOME" sata ports won't work, just be sure to plug in your secondary drive to the appropriate sata ports that will work.
Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #1 is listed as reserved for future use and is non-functional.
Note:The motherboard M.2 slot #2 shares bandwidth with a SATA 6.0 Gb/s port. When the M.2 slot is populated, one SATA 6.0 Gb/s port is disabled.
This is saying you may have clearance issues in regards with the rad, in which cas eyou can front mount which honesty is better anyways.
Note:Some physical dimension restrictions cannot (yet) be automatically checked, such as cpu cooler / RAM clearance with modules using tall heat spreaders.
(Flag issues/incompatibilities as incorrect.)

/edit
you can choose a difference case if you like I just chose something smaller to match the mobo.
