Hello. Not exactly sure if I wanna go nvidia or amd ... always liked gforce experience over amd software
I play 1080p 240hz display / upgrading from a 1060 6gb

was thinking 5700xt or 2060 super, do either of these benefit from pcie 4.0 ? or is that not relevant
