if im top in a big prio lane ill shv hard push in cannon wave and go help jg get crab,, not take it
seems to work well ,, they tend to gank my lane after that more then we go in there jg and pillage., etc..
i need to help my jg mutch as poss if i think they are they key to the game,,

Start items:
Refillable pot+Faerie Charm+Faerie Charm+vision ward+Blind+teleport+heal

Even if toplane, you run to botlane river at game starts.
If nxt drake is cloud drake, i put vision ward upthere at the 1.10mark, if not i put it at allied toplane red buff
If used vision ward on cloud, i use trinket on allied topside buff
If jgler starts at toplane allied buff, and there is no cloud, i put vision ward at allied botlane buff

At lvl6-8, at the cost of leading lane, even if not have Liandry, you still shroom the drakeside and botlane river
