The uninstaller only works when files are not moved.
You moved the folder thus the discord uninstaller wouldn't remove anything.

ok i found it in windows > start menu > programs > discord inc

but it's just a shortcut file

That is not the location.
You need to find the directory its located in.

right click it select more
go to open in file directory
now you should see another shortcut in a folder
right click it and select properties
now in the target line should be is current directory

or the app data reroute in which case you will have to manually search your C (and or d/etc till you find it) drive.

also I am getting lag spikes in valorant lasting like 3 - 5 seconds where my frame completely stops before starting again (not from tabbing or anything, it mainly happens early in the first matches then stops but consists for new rounds again sometimes). I might have a virus

j/w also why do all virus cleaners make sure all ur browser history is wiped like all ur p/w's and browse history and u gotta re-remember all ur stuff. shouldn't they be cleaning it to protect that stuff not remove it? such a hassle
