No. It can't have them bc there's no carbon-carbon double bonds to be cis vs trans configuration. If it's fully hydrogenated, then it's saturated w/ hydrogen, removing all of those double bonds. When partially hydrogenating oils, it produces some trans isomerization bc it is chemically more stable than cis.
