I’m trying to shop echoing (+3 to warcries) war hammers, Halbu (a4) in normal is the only npc that spawns them so my question is... Can echoing prefix (+3 to warcries) appear in normal difficulty? Thnx in advance

its not based on difficulty, its based on ilvl

norm halbu sells ilvl 36 items, you need ilvl 60 to get echoing

Ty for the info, would nightmare halbu (sells battle hammer) be able to spawn echoing?

Also I recently got a war hammer with echoing and str, but I guess it might of been a found item

if he sells magic war hammers and your char is lvl 60+ he will sell those eventually. vendor ilvl in nm is char lvl. so yes he might spawn thos at awefully low %chance
