This is for PVM AND the purpose is to mow down monsters in hell as fast as possible.

Also I'm mostly curious about DMG per Second not really "Max Damage" as a stat. For example--DPS would consider benefit of AR allowing hits more often.

THB your best bet is 3/20/20s but they cost a lot. Bowas also need life to do the harder areas like chaos sanctum and Baaly.

you don't need life for chaos
the only thing that can hit you is diablo's novas and they don't hit hard, with 75fr you're fine

For pvm bow charms I would use frw/md/ar sc until you hit a high frw cap

Then stack as much max dmg in charms you can get unless you have ar issue then md/ar gcs I’d say
