anyone know how? i can make it longer or shorter in settings -> general -> sounds but i dont know how to make the vibrate be stronger. it's weak af on the new iphone se

I’m pretty sure (correct me if I’m wrong) you can’t do this with an iPhone that is not “jail broken”.

Go to settings, sounds and then tap the one you want to change (text, email, ringtone, d2jsp, etc) and you can change the type of vibration. However, the intensity doesn't seem to change much just the frequency. They don't want you disturbing the entire office every time someone bins one of your items.
