Hi Guys,long story short...
I am listening music from Winamp and i was wondering if a program exists that actually pops up a small screen or something with the Track i am listening to
or maybe even the album artwork,or anything similar..thanks for the help!

I don't know about winamp, but there's a plugin called foo_prettypop that does that for foobar2k. It's very easy to configure, I've got it set how I like it and it looks like this:

The plugin isn't maintained anymore and the site is down but you can still get it on the internet archive:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150618154241/http://www.maroonspoon.com/foo_prettypop/
Just download the dll, move it to your_foobar_installation_folder/components/, and go to file > preferences > pretty popup to configure it.
Side note, if you're going to download Foobar, I highly recommend this skin:
