99% of the problems are caused by the top 0.1% wealthiest people (who are predominantly white)

The main difference is they are rich enough to buy the laws so that the problems they create aren't technically illegal and therefore not part of the crime statistics

My city is over 50% black and i don't think these numbers got more proportional.

You look in our country jail, just search Hamilton County OH inmate lookup, and you will see a melting pot. Blacks, whites, hispanics, asians, you name it.

Look up Butler County Jail and you will find a bunch of illegal immigrants who are very unlikely to have committed a crime outside working here without citizenship in an ad hoc ICE detention center.

Saying 13 52 is probably like saying women earn 75% what a man does. It is one of those numbers that are true in a macro sense but don't actually describe anything concretely. Like where? Cincinnati? Tulsa? Omaha? New York City? Both numbers.
