Exactly on the line in-between murder and incompetence.

Real problem seems there's no federal law to forbid them to represent the law ever again.

he was quite cooperative in the restaurant footage (talking with cops etc) and it looked a routine stop. even if they started screaming the n-word at him its highly doubtful he went all crazy after that. he hardly looks a threat from all released footage so far

and even if he did its 4v1 and he was already subdued. just put him in the car and book him? such a routine task instead the cops go with the “knee to neck until he dies” arrest tactic

these 4 cops if and when theyre held accountable should have to do labor for the rest of their lives for the damage they did to this guy’s family and the country
