I was told that I was the first person in the pool since the Rona. I find that symbolic and encouraging as I might just have been the last one in there months ago when the plandemic began.

It's been about 7 months since I created this topic, and I've stagnated several months ago, so tracking my progress has become utterly pointless.
I started a new job at the first few weeks of tracking. Its very physical so it was easy to forego the working out that was so obviously effective at the start.
I will make a new topic for the new year; actually lifting weights again.
I will monitor my back pain. Pretty severe this morning. I started using an acupressure pad this week. Note that I didn't experience back pain when I actually did do exercise.
I will stop eating kwik trip for breakfast on the way to work. I have stopped doing just that so far this week. Also, I should eat just 1 egg on my daily breakfast sandwich, even 2 would be reasonable, instead of three. Three eggs every day is not reasonable.
I will continue to do morning sit-ups and dynamic stretching every day before work.
