Week 19 no weigh-in

So I lost about 20 pounds in 20 weeks. Can't complain...

Gym leaderboard: PT didn't show, then I had to cancel on the reschedule because work kept my extra.
Continuing to do my morning rehab exercises and 8 min abs. I can see abs under my belly fat and I feel very sturdy and strong.
Back pain persists. Going to stop seeing the massage therapist and see if I can get back in the acupuncture. They aren't doing their $20 walk-in ear treatments still, though. The foot/chair massage lady is back in town, she texted to let me know. It's way economical.

Back pain from sleeping persists! Had acupuncture and massage therapy earlier this week. Today I was back on the cardio wagon. That did prove to reduce back pain the next day. Physical job made it daunting but it is worth it if it alleviates the sleeping back pain.
Still doing morning rehab/mobility work and 8min abs before work every day. I can see a six pack under my gut, and I feel very strong in my core.

Just woke up from a long sleep with no back pain for the first time in a long time. What was special about yesterday? I went to my niece's birthday party and got pummeled by 5 year old kids. I drank a beer with whisky in it but didn't get drunk.

Why did I gain so much weight this week??? Weird.
Did some cardio on Tuesday. Was a lot easier than a few weeks ago, the last time I used the stair stepper. Must be all the morning exercise paying off.

Added pushups to morning routine, massage on Tuesday.
Very little back pain most mornings this week. In fact I don't think it was even bad if there were mornings I had the back pain.

used different scale

started working extra as driver helper, literally running packages from the truck to the doors. It's like HIIT training :lol:
still doing morning routine of dynamic movements, 8 min abs, side planks, and sometimes pushups
back pain was bad 1 or 2 mornings, at least it goes away once I get moving. Thought it was cured.
