started working extra as driver helper, literally running packages from the truck to the doors. It's like HIIT training
still doing morning routine of dynamic movements, 8 min abs, side planks, and sometimes pushups
back pain was bad 1 or 2 mornings, at least it goes away once I get moving. Thought it was cured.
