Long story short, don't even have to touch the computer, can leave it idle and it'll randomly restart at times.

Need helping solving this one, here's what I've done so far:
Uninstalled drivers to graphics card and restarted it.
Switched motherboards.

Thinking it could be a RAM problem but BIOS shows all 32 GB as well as that screenshot.
Might thinking about wiping hard drive and starting fresh but don't know if that'll help.
Possibly the PSU? I have a 1000 PSU Rosewill one.

Need help/suggestions that may fix this problem, please and thank you!

No, I think its the fastest way to rule out software...
If it persists then you have hardware failure and we can test for it.

Did you check your drive cables sata and power? Maybe cooler needs re-seat / thermal paste reapply?

Long story short, my case's reset button malfunctioned and if the case felt any vibration or was slightly touched, it would restart.
