Prices will only ever rise, at least until a new CS game comes out. There will never be any new Howls, but more and more will be lost as time goes on. Either on old accounts or people getting banned with them.

Tbh price will probably stay around the same for a while, only changing slowly. If you sell now you probably wont miss out on much.
