is it possible to use the 3 gem recipe to re roll a BLUE/MAGIC gothic bow or exe sword with + to skills in classic?

yes you just need a high enough item level to spawn +2

if you pick up a magic goth/exe from hell cs, you should be able to get +2 skill and one other suffix mod (i.e not ED)

easier to just shop from drognan or find in cs
