My wife and I were thinking of getting a greenhouse. Anybody have recommendations? Nothing too big, just something maybe 10ft to set up in the back yard.

pvc needs replacing every 5-10 years but might be ok with you. Glass lasts but is more expensive. I would get either

We built an 8' x 4' raised garden bed this year. Our goal is to eventually have four identical beds, but this is our start. We currently have bell peppers, jalapenos, habaneros, four varieties of tomato, cauliflower, and broccoli going.

This was after planting at the end of April:

This was around Memorial weekend:

This was last week:

Storms we had last weekend did a bit of damage to the tomato that was uncaged, but it's still going.

It is a bit crowded in the box, so that's something we can take away for next year, but we are going to have tomatoes for DAYS. Gonna be lots of salsa and marinara sauce.

So far harvested 5 cherry tomatoes. Probably 200 on the vines.

Got a ton of big beefsteak tomatoes that will start turning any day now. Some vines have like 15 on them and I've had to tie them to the cage with string so the tomatoes don't sit on the ground and rot.

in my experience plants look more crowded than they are, in the wild plants grow on multiple levels all crowded and ive found crowded vegetables crowd out weeds and can perform just as well as in spaced out rows. plant companies say 3-4 feet for tomatoes, that's crazy.

also would suggest one of your future beds u plant strawberries. first year they establish with little to no fruit then 2nd year its gallons of berries.

Anybody know how to keep squirrels out? They're eating all my tomatoes!

Bottom rot is getting some of ours. May need to mix up a calcium chloride spray to boost the Ca levels in the plant, and get the soil tested for next season.
