Any duel where you will use run, and where opponent can/will apply cold dmg. Aka in most but not all matchups xD

+ chilling armor from sorc and forti users
+ vs ama
+ u want it anyway as there is often more than 1 enemy ingame
+ vs holy freeze aura(last longer/even more slower without)

Yep I agree, especially on necros is needed

I think u only need vs dudu/ trap really

U can use vs baba/bow also but not massive need imo. Wsg helps vs fhr/strafe lock I guess

I just use marrow bp for any necro who tries those wsg pirouettes on my trap..so their cham is wasted
