Lol, There are ways to make it better and stay within the 70kb.
For one, stop focusing on animations that are shitty? Combine layers , such as your signature, its at the border of 70kb. Its overly sharpened also god damn :o

I know That animation seems to be the people want at this moment, Its been a while since i havent work on photoshop, like 6-7years, but back in the days, We were working lot more on effect/quality.
Focusing way more on the Color matching, Filter, paint gfx, or smudging.
IM NOT SAYING thats your doing bad work, i know that im not good on the animated :rolleyes:

There is people intersting on animated, there are interesting on static ones too, on random ones o clean ones on al kind of signatures and other graphic modes.
