Easiest way to make it successful:
- no bind items, make every item tradeable, all the time
- good pvp

It doesn't matter what you do because you still have to kiss the asses of the Board of Directors who run Blizzard/Activision. If you suggest a great idea for Diablo fans but it fails to yield profitability, the idea goes down the toilet.

Hopefully MXL devs pass the mod onto people who know that they are doing cause since sigma, game patches have been fucking beyond awful.
